Moderna and Merck reported that their personalized mRNA cancer vaccine mRNA-4157/V940 (now called INTerCePT) combined with Keytruda showed a 44% reduction in risk of recurrence or death in patients with high-risk melanoma in an updated Phase 2b clinical trial.
